A scheduled post didn't publish

Usually the post was never approved. Also check the channel is connected and the time zone is right.

What you see

The scheduled time passed and nothing went out, or the queue row shows failed.

  • No connected tiktok account — reconnect it and reschedule.
  • Channel paused by your plan limit — upgrade to restore it.
  • That publish time has already passed. Pick a time in the future — or use Publish now to send it immediately.

Why it happens

New queue entries start held. The scheduler checks every minute but won't release a post you haven't approved, even after its time has passed. A failed row shows the reason: most often a disconnected or plan-paused channel.

How to fix it

  1. Open Posts and find the queue row.
  2. If it isn't approved, preview it and approve it. It publishes at its time, or straight away if the time has passed.
  3. If it failed, read the reason on the row. Reconnect the channel or restore the plan if that's the cause, then reschedule.
  4. Check the time zone. Times use your workspace time zone, not your browser's.
  5. If the row says Clepora couldn't confirm the publish, check the channel before rescheduling.
