"Access revoked — reconnect"

The platform ended Clepora's access. Reconnect the channel; nothing you already published is affected.

What you see

A channel card says "Access revoked — reconnect", a health alert says the connection expired, or a post failed saying the account isn't connected.

  • No connected tiktok account — reconnect it and reschedule.
  • YouTube token unavailable — reconnect the channel.
  • Invalid or revoked Discord webhook URL — create a new one and retry.

Why it happens

Platforms end access when you change your password there, remove the app from your account settings, or after a long gap. Clepora can't publish until you sign in again. For YouTube, Clepora also deletes the channel data it had stored.

How to fix it

  1. Open Connections and find the channel.
  2. Press Connect (or Manage → Reconnect) and sign in on the platform's page.
  3. Check the account name shown on the card is the one you meant to connect.
  4. Reschedule any posts that failed while the channel was disconnected.
  5. For Telegram or Discord, paste a fresh bot token or webhook URL instead.
