Connect says this platform is on a higher plan
Some platforms unlock on higher plans. YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Telegram and Discord are on every plan.
What you see
Pressing Connect shows a plan message, or a connected channel shows "Paused — plan limit" with an Upgrade to restore button.
- TikTok is available on the Creator plan and above. Upgrade your plan to connect it.
- Channel paused by your plan limit — upgrade to restore it.
Why it happens
Each plan unlocks a set of platforms. Free includes YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Telegram and Discord. Creator adds Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest. Studio adds LinkedIn. Agency includes everything. If you move to a plan that doesn't include a platform you'd already connected, that channel is paused rather than deleted.
How to fix it
- Check which plan includes the platform on the Pricing page.
- Upgrade from Profile → Billing & plan, or from the Pricing page.
- Go back to Connections and press Connect again. A paused channel resumes once your plan includes it.
- If you don't want to upgrade, publish that post to your other channels. Nothing else is blocked.
