Monthly post or video upload limit reached
Each plan includes a number of posts and video uploads a month. Counters reset each calendar month.
What you see
Creating a post or uploading a video is refused with a message saying you've used your allowance.

- You've used all 5 published posts included in your free plan this month. Upgrade for more, or wait until next month.
Why it happens
Plans include a monthly allowance. Free: 5 posts and 2 video uploads. Creator: 60 posts and 8 video uploads. Studio: 200 posts and 20 video uploads. Agency: unlimited. Counters reset at the start of each calendar month.
How to fix it
- Check your usage in Profile → Billing & plan.
- Wait for the new month, when the counters reset.
- Or upgrade from the Pricing page for a bigger allowance.
- Files staged in the Library don't use video uploads until you process them.
