Deleting your account

Profile → Account. Needs your password. Access to connected accounts is revoked and your media and data are erased.

What you see

You want to delete your Clepora account and everything in it.

  • Could not erase your stored media, so nothing was deleted. Please try again.
  • Enter your current password to confirm this change.

Why it happens

Deletion takes effect straight away. Clepora revokes its access to every connected account, erases your uploaded and rendered media, then deletes your account, posts, schedules and analytics. If the media can't be erased, nothing is deleted, so you can try again rather than be left half-deleted. Posts already live on a platform stay there; they're on your channel.

How to fix it

  1. Open Profile → Account.
  2. Confirm, and enter your current password.
  3. If you see the media message, wait a moment and try again.
  4. Can't sign in any more? Email support@clepora.com from the address on your account.
  5. Some records, such as billing records and security logs, may be kept where the law requires. See the Privacy Policy.
