YouTube Shorts or long-form video?
They're separate builds behind one Google sign-in. Tick both if you want the choice when you publish.
What you see
Only one YouTube option appears when publishing, or a vertical cut went out as a regular video.
Why it happens
YouTube Shorts is a vertical render, capped at 60 seconds. YouTube Video is a landscape render that keeps the whole clip. One Google sign-in covers both, but each needs its own render. YouTube clips are scheduled one at a time so each gets its own settings.
How to fix it
- When uploading, tick YouTube Shorts, YouTube Video, or both.
- If you only ticked one, reprocess the post with the other ticked.
- When scheduling, choose Shorts, long-form, or both from the YouTube dropdown.
