Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new account gets a 14-day free trial on the Studio plan. No credit card required to start.

What happens if I exceed my monthly post or upload limit?

You can purchase additional packs or upgrade to a higher plan at any time. We never charge overages without your permission.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Which video formats does Clepora accept?

MP4, MOV, AVI, and WebM. Clepora automatically re-encodes and resizes to each platform's specification — 9:16 for Shorts/Reels/TikTok, 16:9 for LinkedIn and X, and more.

How do channels work on each plan?

Two things scale with your plan: which platforms are unlocked, and how many you can connect at once. Free unlocks Facebook, Threads, Telegram, and Discord (connect 2). Creator adds Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest (connect 4). Studio adds YouTube and LinkedIn — all 9 platforms (connect 8). Agency unlocks everything with all 9 connected. So the flagship platforms — Instagram and TikTok on Creator, YouTube on Studio — come as you grow.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, connects 2 channels, and is ad-supported. Upgrade any time to add more channels, lift your monthly limits, and remove ads.

Is my video content private and secure?

Yes. All uploads are stored in private encrypted object storage. Your content is never shared, sold, or used to train AI models. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
