Is there a free trial?

There's no time-limited trial — the Free plan is free forever and needs no credit card, so you can try Clepora for as long as you like before upgrading.

What happens if I exceed my monthly post or upload limit?

Clepora pauses new posts or uploads until your limit resets at the start of the next month, or until you upgrade. We never charge overages.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Profile → Billing & plan → Manage billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the period you have paid for.

Do paid plans renew automatically?

Yes. A paid plan renews every month at the price shown, plus any tax, until you cancel. You are asked to confirm this before you pay, and you can cancel online at any time.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, on your first payment for a plan: ask within 14 days and we refund it in full. After that, payments are not refunded, but cancelling stops the next charge. The Refund Policy at clepora.com/refunds has the details.

Which video formats does Clepora accept?

MP4, MOV, M4V, AVI, MKV and WebM. Clepora automatically re-encodes and resizes to each platform's specification — 9:16 for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, 16:9 for YouTube and LinkedIn, and more.

How do channels work on each plan?

Two things scale with your plan: which platforms are unlocked, and how many you can connect at once. Free unlocks YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Telegram, and Discord (connect 2). Creator adds Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest (connect 4). Studio adds LinkedIn — all 9 platforms (connect 8). Agency unlocks everything with all 9 connected. Instagram, Facebook and Threads become available to connect once Meta's app review completes, and LinkedIn posts go to your personal profile.

Is YouTube included on every plan?

Yes. Uploading, scheduling and going live to YouTube work on every plan, including Free. Plans differ by Clepora's own features — monthly posts and uploads, connected channels, team seats, podcast feeds — and Agency adds streaming one broadcast to several destinations at once.

Is the Free plan really free?

Yes. The Free plan costs nothing, connects 2 channels, and is ad-supported. Upgrade any time to add more channels, lift your monthly limits, and remove ads.

Is my video content private and secure?

Yes. All uploads are stored in private encrypted object storage. Your content is never shared, sold, or used to train AI models. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
